Regulatory window Under Main Board Rule 10.06, AAC Tech is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, expiring on 30 October 2026.

The company confirms that all repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and that there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement filed on 28 April 2026.
