Fu Shou Yuan International Group Limited on 2 October 2026 confirmed the despatch of its Response Document to qualifying shareholders regarding the unconditional voluntary cash partial offer initiated by Ms. Gong Hailin.

The key terms of the offer are as follows: • Offer structure: Unconditional voluntary cash partial offer. • Offeror: Ms. Gong Hailin through AFG Securities Limited. • Size: Up to 115.00 million shares, representing an undisclosed percentage of the company’s issued share capital. • Consideration: HK$0.10 per share in cash. • Status: All pre-conditions were satisfied on 14 September 2026.

The Response Document contains: 1) A letter from the Board outlining its views on the offer. 2) A recommendation from the Independent Board Committee to qualifying shareholders. 3) An independent financial adviser’s opinion addressed to both the committee and shareholders.
