Hong Kong Interbank Rates Mostly Rise, One-Month HIBOR Up for Fourth Straight Day to 3.02%, a More Than Two-Month High

On September 28, Hong Kong interbank rates generally rose, with the one-month HIBOR, which is tied to mortgage loans, quoted at 3.01750%, up 2.702 basis points.
The three-month HIBOR, which reflects banks' funding costs, was quoted at 3.23435%, up 0.096 basis points.
The overnight rate was quoted at 2.70000%, down 2.786 basis points.
The one-week HIBOR rose 5.477 basis points to 3.25548%, while the two-week rate added 0.810 basis points to 3.08649%.
The two-month HIBOR rose 1.208 basis points to 3.13268%.
Among longer tenors, the six-month HIBOR rose 1.541 basis points to 3.52964%, while the one-year rate added 0.607 basis points to 3.98595%.
