Treatment and Management

According to the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, a labor contract will be signed with the employer in accordance with the law. The salary is the minimum wage standard of Jinzhou City, with pension, medical, and unemployment insurance benefits.

Recruitment Process

(2) Interview. The Guta District Human Resources and Social Security Service Center will review applicants' qualifications. After passing the review, applicants will be recommended to the employer for an interview. The interview will be conducted after qualification review, with the time to be notified separately.

(3) Employment. Hired personnel will sign a public welfare position labor contract with the employer. The contract period is one year. If performance is good and the employee is competent for the job, the contract can be renewed for two more years. If not qualified, the public welfare position contract will be terminated.
