Techtronic Industries Company Limited submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return on 23 July 2026 detailing the latest activity under its ongoing share repurchase programme.

• Daily buyback: On 23 July 2026, the company repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 129.50 and HKD 133.50, for a total consideration of HKD 2.63 million. All 20,000 shares are designated for cancellation.

• Total shares in issue: The issued share capital stood at 1.83 billion shares both before and after the latest transaction; no new shares were issued.

• Shares pending cancellation: Including the 23 July trade, 252,000 shares bought back between 14 July and 23 July 2026 await formal cancellation.

• Mandate utilisation: Since shareholders granted the current buyback mandate on 8 May 2026, the company has repurchased 2.51 million shares, equal to 0.14% of the issued share base at the mandate date. The mandate allows purchases of up to 182.98 million shares.

• Moratorium period: In accordance with listing rules, Techtronic Industries is restricted from issuing new shares until 22 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases have complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and the parameters set out in its explanatory statement dated 31 March 2026.
