FIH Mobile Buys Back 40,000 Shares at HK$14.38, Lifts Treasury Stock to 5.79 Million

FIH Mobile Limited disclosed that it repurchased 40,000 ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions at a uniform price of HK$14.38 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.58 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.005 % to 782.66 million, while treasury shares increased to 5.79 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 788.45 million.

The latest transaction brings cumulative repurchases under the mandate approved on 22 May 2026 to 3.12 million shares—equivalent to 0.40 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s grant date. FIH Mobile is authorised to repurchase up to 78.27 million shares under this mandate.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 30 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
