TTI Executes HK$11.32 Million Share Buyback on 24 Sept; Pending Cancellations Rise to 0.05% of Share Capital

Techtronic Industries (TTI) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after repurchasing 88,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026. The on-market transaction was executed within a price range of HK$127.10–HK$130.50 per share, for a total consideration of HK$11.32 million and a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$128.62.

Including the latest purchase, TTI has bought back 960,000 shares between 10 and 24 September that remain outstanding pending cancellation. This represents about 0.05% of the company’s 1.83 billion issued shares. The cumulative cash outlay for these September repurchases is estimated at roughly HK$123.25 million, implying an average cost of around HK$128.38 per share.

Despite the sequential buybacks, TTI’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1,827.10 million shares as of 24 September, as the repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled.

Under the general mandate approved at the 8 May 2026 annual general meeting, TTI is authorised to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 4.36 million shares—equivalent to 0.24% of the share base at mandate approval—have been repurchased on the Exchange. Following the latest transaction, TTI is prohibited from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
