China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited announced a second postponement of the completion date for its new-share subscription agreed on 14 August 2026. The subscriber’s continued difficulty in converting Renminbi into Hong Kong dollars has pushed the final payment deadline for the subscription monies from 28 September 2026 to 28 October 2026, or a later date subject to mutual consent.

The board confirmed that the company’s share price showed no material fluctuation between 14 August and 28 September 2026. All other terms of the Subscription Agreement remain unchanged.

Completion of the subscription remains contingent upon receipt of cleared funds and finalisation of completion procedures. The company cautions shareholders and potential investors that the transaction may still not proceed.
