MIRXES-B (02629) has issued an announcement stating that the group continues to advance its commercialization and product development plans, and has made progress across multiple diagnostic products and solutions.

Effective September 30, 2026, Ms. Siu Yuet Chau (Ms. Siu) has resigned from her positions as (i) joint company secretary of the Company (Joint Company Secretary); (ii) authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (Authorized Representative); and (iii) representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), due to changes in work arrangements at Tricor, the Company's company secretary service provider.

On the same date, Ms. Au Yeung Wai Chi (Ms. Au Yeung) has resigned as Joint Company Secretary in order to devote more time to her other duties within the group.

Ms. Poon Ka Ying (Ms. Poon) has been appointed as the Company's company secretary (Company Secretary), Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective from September 30, 2026.
