Country Garden Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 25 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 has been published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.countrygarden.com.cn) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents—defined as investors holding shares through CCASS participants—can obtain free printed copies by completing and returning a Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 2007-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Investors preferring hard-copy materials for all future corporate communications should coordinate with their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
