Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced on 25 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.hsihl.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company strongly encourages shareholders to consult the online version but has provided an option for printed copies at no cost. Non-registered holders who experience difficulties accessing the web version—or who prefer hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications—can complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be emailed to 1340-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders keeping their holdings through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide a functional email address to these intermediaries to receive electronic publication notices. Until a valid email address is recorded, publication notices will be sent in printed form only.

For additional queries, investors may contact the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The notification was issued under the authority of Executive Director Mr Zhang Zhenghua on behalf of the Board.
