Six-Month Traffic Restrictions Announced for Binhe Road Section in Qianshan

Due to the construction requirements of the second bid section of the EPC project for waterlogging treatment and drainage pipeline renovation in the southern area of Qianshan's central urban district, traffic restrictions will be imposed on Binhe Road (from Wanqian Avenue to Qianyang Road) in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. The relevant notices are as follows:

Restricted Section

The entire stretch of Binhe Road (from Wanqian Avenue to Qianyang Road).

Restriction Period

From September 30, 2026, to March 30, 2027.

Control Measures and Detour Plan

During the construction period, the Binhe Road section (from Wanqian Avenue to Qianyang Road) will be fully closed in phases and time slots. Motor vehicles will be prohibited from passing through, while non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians may use the reserved paths and sidewalks outside the fencing. All vehicle drivers and pedestrians are urged to comply with traffic safety laws and regulations to ensure road safety.
