Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited will hold its 2026 annual general meeting on 29 May 2026 at the company’s headquarters in Weihai, Shandong Province. Key resolutions to be tabled include:
• Financial Reporting: Shareholders will vote on approval of the audited consolidated financial statements, the Board report, and the Supervisory Committee report for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Dividend Proposal: The Board recommends a final dividend of RMB0.06 per share for FY 2025. The H-share register will close from 4 June 2026 to 9 June 2026; only shareholders on record by 3 June 2026 (4:30 p.m.) will be eligible to receive the dividend.
