7Road Completes HKD 2.61 Million Share Buyback; 2.46 Million Shares Await Cancellation

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased a total of 2.46 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 7 and 30 September 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 1.01 to HKD 1.10 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 2.61 million, implying an average repurchase price of HKD 1.06 per share.

The repurchased shares, representing 0.10% of the current issued share capital, have not yet been cancelled. As a result, the company’s outstanding share count remains unchanged at 2.51 billion ordinary shares as of 30 September 2026. Once cancellation is completed, the issued share capital will be reduced by the corresponding amount.

The buybacks were executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 4 September 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 250.81 million shares. The September transactions account for 0.98% of this mandate.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 30 October 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with applicable regulations, and no treasury shares are currently held.
