Morgan Stanley stated that Kuaishou (HKEX: 01024) will launch the highly anticipated new version of its Kling 4.0 model in October, and its performance is expected to drive the company's share price.
Analysts including Yang Liu noted in a research report that the main upgrades of the new model include improved image quality, support for multimodal input, and better consistency in video generation.
Investment bank Jefferies took a more cautious stance. Analysts including Brian Gong said in a report that it remains to be seen whether this new model can catch up with ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 to 2.5 versions, and whether its pricing will be more competitive.
