RA MATERIALS Debuts on First Trading Day, Opens Morning Session Down 9.09%, Company Focuses on Photoresist and Tire Resin Businesses

RA MATERIALS (09607) made its trading debut, according to an announcement, with shares priced at HK$44 per share, issuing a total of 68,118,700 shares, with each board lot consisting of 100 shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$2.706 billion. As of press time, the stock had fallen 9.09% to HK$40, with turnover of HK$170 million.

Public information shows that RA MATERIALS is a comprehensive new materials supplier in China. The company is primarily engaged in the research and development, production, marketing, sales, and distribution of new materials.

According to a Frost & Sullivan report, the company ranked first globally and in China's tire phenolic resin rubber additives market in terms of sales revenue for the 2025 fiscal year, with market shares of 41.4% and 45.9%, respectively.

In the electronic materials sector, the company ranked first among domestic suppliers in China's semiconductor photoresist market and China's TFT array photoresist market in terms of sales revenue for the 2025 fiscal year, with market shares of 5.8% and 26.2%, respectively.
