During the Mid-Autumn Festival, more than 100 street-front merchants in the Suhe Talent Block of Tianmu West Road Subdistrict in Jing'an District received thoughtfully designed holiday gift packs.
These gift packs, composed of hand-drawn thank-you cards, custom aromatherapy tablets, and creative mangosteen plush toys, were personally delivered to merchants by the Tianmu West Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team in collaboration with the block's Party branch and local neighborhood committees, filling the entire block with festive spirit and bringing hundreds of merchants closer together.
One card, two meanings: building a convenient channel for business services
The cards carried warm messages: "Thank you for taking root in the Suhe Talent Block and lighting up the city's vitality with your craftsmanship. We will safeguard you with law and support your business with harmony. May your business thrive and prosper." These few words paid tribute to every merchant who has rooted themselves in the block and illuminated the city's commercial life, while also solemnly promising service under the principle of "safeguarding with law and supporting business with harmony." The cards also featured the Jing'an District "Law Nourishes Jing'an" legal education brand, the Tianmu West Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team's "Tianmu Legal Post" special service logo, along with official WeChat account QR codes and contact phone numbers, creating a one-stop channel for merchants to connect with authorities. When facing various difficulties in their operations, the enforcement team adheres to proactive engagement, precise referral, and full-process follow-up, fully matching professional functional departments to resolve issues, ensuring that every merchant request receives a response and every matter is followed through.
Double blessings: caring for both business and daily life
The two custom aromatherapy tablets in this gift pack carried the block's most simple and sincere mutual blessings. Staff members went through more than ten fragrance types through repeated screening before finalizing two premium scents, each engraved with a dedicated message — one for business and one for life. The wish of "Get Rich Soon" expressed the hope that all merchant stores would enjoy a steady stream of customers and flourishing business; the warm blessing of "Peace and Joy" safeguarded the daily stability and well-being of merchants and their employees. These small aromatherapy tablets conveyed holiday wishes through heartfelt gifts, allowing every merchant to truly feel the block's care and further strengthening their sense of belonging and identity.
One mangosteen reveals a thousand things: unlocking the warm core of block governance
Among the entire set of gifts, the most crafted and meaningful item was the mangosteen plush toy. The mangosteen has a hard shell and sweet flesh, perfectly matching the block's governance philosophy: enforcement with strength, service with warmth — firm measures protecting business order, and warm service alleviating merchant difficulties. The mangosteen's form of multiple segments closely embracing each other, along with the words on the fabric strip reading "Suhe Gathers Talent, Mangosteen Embraces Sweetness," vividly reflects the block's multi-party collaboration and merchants' collective growth. Combined with the auspicious meaning of the purple skin representing "good fortune arriving from the east," it is filled with beautiful expectations. It is reported that the Tianmu West Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team relies on the multi-department coordination mechanism within its jurisdiction, regulating business through legal education and supporting development through services, resolving business conflicts at the source and optimizing the business environment. Even more remarkably, this gift represents a mutual effort between the block and merchants — designed by the Party secretary and hand-sewn by merchants, with the block paying for procurement to support merchant businesses, forming a warm closed loop of "the block protects merchants, and merchants build the block."
A single mangosteen, hard outside and sweet inside; a single block, huddling together for warmth. The block is not only a base for merchants to make a living and operate their businesses, but also a warm home where Party members and the community are united and neighbors accompany one another. In the future, the Tianmu West Road Subdistrict Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team will continue to deepen grid services and refine business measures, doing practical things with sincerity and gathering hearts with warmth, joining hands with hundreds of merchants to move forward together and build a beautiful block full of vitality and harmonious coexistence.
