Acotec Scientific Holdings Limited informed shareholders on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal and the company website.
The company confirmed its transition to a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which mandates an expanded paperless regime effective since 31 December 2023. Covered documents include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed versions will no longer be distributed by default.
Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure receipt of electronic notifications. Until valid email details are lodged with these intermediaries, shareholders will receive only hard-copy notices of publication.
