Golden autumn welcomes the National Day, and steadfast dedication protects people's livelihoods. While users pack their bags, set off on their journeys, and enjoy the beautiful National Day holiday, Aizhong people in Guang'an remain at their posts as always, carrying out equipment inspections, hazard investigations, and fault repairs. With the commitment of "on duty, online, and ready at all times," they build a strong defense line for the safe supply of water, electricity, and gas, protecting the lively households of countless families, and paying tribute to the motherland's birthday through solid work.
Water Services
On the eve of National Day, Feng Cheng, a repair and maintenance worker from the Production and Operation Department of Yuechi Aizhong Water Company, and Liao Zhonglin, an inspection and leak detection technician, carried out nighttime pipe network inspection and leak detection work on Ping'an Road. Under the cover of night, they carefully investigated hidden leakage risks in the water supply network, discovered and handled pipe network faults at the first opportunity, and ensured stable water supply for residents.
Electricity Services
On the eve of National Day, Tan Qi, maintenance team leader at the Sijiutan Power Station of Guang'an Aizhong Electric Power Company, and Bi Jiayi, a maintenance worker, carried out special handling for a fault involving increased water leakage from the packing of the No. 2 technical water supply pump of Unit 1. They promptly eliminated hidden equipment safety hazards and ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit's cooling water system. On September 30, Tan Bin and Zhang Jianfeng from the Commissioning and Operation Department of Aizhong Energy Engineering Company conducted a special pre-National Day inspection of the 10kV line at Huayuan Water Plant, safeguarding the safe and stable operation of the 10kV line and ensuring reliable water supply from the plant during the National Day period. On September 30, Li Zongxiang and Gao Haoran, operation and maintenance staff from the Inspection Center of Yuechi Aizhong Electric Power Company, conducted special pre-holiday patrol inspections of power facilities including substation main transformers, primary equipment, switchgear, and relay protection devices. They comprehensively investigated hidden equipment hazards and made every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid in their jurisdiction.
Gas Services
On the eve of National Day, Wang Shu, a duty operator at the Chengnan Gas Distribution Station of Guang'an Aizhong Gas Company, patrolled gas equipment in the process area, closely monitored equipment operating conditions, and eliminated risks and hidden dangers in their earliest stages. At Weining Aizhong Gas Company in Guizhou Province, Su Yijie, a gas distribution operator at the LNG storage and distribution station, gave up holiday rest, kept a close eye on the gas supply operation situation, inspected and investigated equipment, process pipelines, instruments, and valves one by one at the LNG storage and distribution station, carefully monitored various operating parameters, and made every effort to ensure the safe and stable supply of gas. This effectively guaranteed the safe and stable gas use of the general public during the holiday period and protected the lifeline of urban livelihoods.
Service Operations
During the National Day period, the customer service windows of Guang'an Aizhong remained open as usual to continuously meet the public's business handling needs. Tang Yan at the Guang'an Chengnan Customer Service Center continued her habit of arriving at her post early, carefully organizing office equipment, and making thorough preparations for various services. Many fellow townspeople working elsewhere took advantage of the long National Day holiday to return home and made special trips to the windows to handle business: some checked water, electricity, and gas bills, while others applied for account transfers. Many elderly users were unfamiliar with online operations and came to the site to make payments. Facing each visitor, Tang Yan always answered questions patiently, carefully guided them through procedures, and wholeheartedly helped everyone complete every transaction. "Many fellow townspeople can only come back during the long National Day holiday. Being able to help everyone take care of their worries and important matters during the holiday also makes me happy," Tang Yan said.
Posts differ, but the original aspiration is the same. From late-night pipe network inspections and power station equipment maintenance to gas station duty and customer service window reception, every Aizhong person who stays at their post silently shoulders the responsibility of protecting people's livelihoods. Behind the nationwide celebration is their day-after-day persistence. Salute to all Aizhong people who remain on the front lines.
