New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) reported no changes in its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised/Registered Capital • Ordinary H shares: 1.03 billion shares at a par value of RMB 1 each. • Ordinary A shares: 2.09 billion shares at a par value of RMB 1 each. • Combined authorised/registered share capital: 3.12 billion shares, or RMB 3.12 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • H-share count remained unchanged at 1.03 billion; no treasury shares were held. • A-share count remained unchanged at 2.09 billion; no treasury shares were held. • No issuance, repurchase, cancellation, conversion, or movement of shares occurred during the month. • No outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were reported.

Public Float Compliance NCI confirmed that its H shares met the Main Board Rule threshold requiring at least 5% public float for PRC issuers with other listed shares.

Governance Confirmation The filing, signed by Joint Company Secretary Liu Zhiyong, attested that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations related to the company’s securities were duly satisfied during the reporting period.

The stability in share counts and confirmation of regulatory compliance indicate an unchanged capital structure for NCI through September 2026.
