• Annual Report 2026. • Circular dated 2 October 2026 covering the proposed re-election of retiring directors, renewal of general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, re-appointment of the auditor, and proposed adoption of new Articles of Association, together with the notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). • Proxy form for use at the AGM scheduled for Wednesday, 18 November 2026.

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.nwds.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have opted for printed copies will receive the documents by post.
