Shenzhen Edadoc Technology Co., Ltd. (301366.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuhai Edadoc Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zhuhai Edadoc Electronics or the Zhuhai plant), plans to add new investment for the construction of the second phase of the Zhuhai PCB plant project. The investment for the second phase will primarily go toward production machinery and equipment. Based on current capacity planning, the total new investment is approved not to exceed 800 million yuan, with a construction period of one year.

The company's Zhuhai PCB plant primarily produces high-speed, high-multilayer, and high-end HDI products. The first phase is positioned for high-end quick-turn and medium-batch production, differing from traditional PCB plants by emphasizing rapid response for high-end quick-turn orders to meet customer delivery requirements. The second phase will focus on mid-to-high-end PCB products in medium-to-large batch production, serving customers in high-value-added sectors. Together, the first and second phases will cover the majority of target customers' needs, from R&D through to large-scale PCB production.

Driven by the revolutionary impact of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry's development in recent years, market demand for ATE products, robotics, optical modules, computing power cards, AI servers, and data centers has surged rapidly. The company's customer structure and business mix have been continuously optimized, with steady growth in volume production orders secured after customer R&D finalization, further strengthening customer loyalty. The new investment by wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Edadoc Electronics to build the second phase of the PCB plant will better support and rapidly respond to growing customer demand, further enhancing the company's overall competitiveness, production capacity scale, sustained profitability, and comprehensive competitive strength, aligning with the company's overall development strategy and industrial layout.
