Speedy Global Holdings (00540) has announced that on September 25, 2026 (after trading hours), Dongguan Speedy (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into Renovation Contract II with Shenzhen Jinjun (as the contractor), pursuant to which Shenzhen Jinjun will undertake Renovation Works II on the 6th floor of the property. The property refers to Building 7 of Tiangong Zhigu.

The fixed total contract price for Renovation Works II is approximately RMB 2.769 million (including VAT). According to the lease agreement entered into by Dongguan Speedy in June 2026, the lessor permits Dongguan Speedy to use a total of 92 units on the 5th and 6th floors of the property free of charge as dormitories, with the lease term running from August 1, 2026 to June 10, 2029 (inclusive of both days).

In order to optimize the use of these units and provide suitable living conditions for employees, the board of directors considers it necessary to enter into construction and renovation contracts to carry out construction and renovation works on the property. The works are expected to enhance the structure, electricity, water supply, drainage, ventilation and other facilities of the dormitories, and improve safety, facility conditions and the overall living environment, thereby enabling the group to fully utilize the 5th and 6th floors of the property as dormitories.
