On 22 September 2026, Shangri-La Asia Limited issued a formal notice urging all registered shareholders to select or reaffirm their preferred method and language for receiving future corporate communications, which include the annual report, interim report, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. The sustainability report will continue to be provided solely in electronic format.

Shareholders are offered four options for all other documents: 1. Electronic version via the company’s website, with publication notifications delivered by email or post. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Printed versions in both English and Chinese.

The company encourages selection of the electronic option, citing greater convenience and speed. Shareholders must submit their preference using the attached Form A – Reply Form by email, fax or post to Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than one month from the notice date (i.e., by 22 October 2026). Failure to respond by the deadline will result in the default selection of electronic delivery.

Holders may amend their choice at any time without charge by contacting the registrar. Both language versions of all corporate communications will remain accessible on the company’s website (www.ir.shangri-la.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). For inquiries, shareholders can call the registrar’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
