On September 23, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 8.47 million shares of KINGSOFT (03888) off-exchange by way of releasing a security interest in shares, with the consideration being non-cash assets, resulting in a decrease in its long position ratio. This off-exchange transaction was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in KINGSOFT was 71.42 million shares, representing 5.2%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 62.95 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.58%.
