Starting August 17, 2026, travelers from four cities in Guangdong Province will have access to complimentary shuttle bus transfers to and from Huizhou Airport. The airport express service is expanding with a new route to the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, as well as additional stops at the Heyuan Railway Station and Shanwei Jinting Bay Station, significantly improving connectivity for passengers.

Shuttle bus timetable and boarding points

Departures from Heyuan to Huizhou Airport under the free shuttle express service are now available, with clearly defined pickup locations for passenger convenience. Similarly, the Shanwei route offers scheduled departures to the airport, ensuring seamless travel for residents in that area.

Passengers traveling from Shenzhen can also take advantage of the free shuttle link, which provides a cost-effective transport option. Additionally, the service covers Dongguan's Xiegang area, extending the free transfer benefit to travelers from that region as well.

Passenger guide for using the free shuttle service

Arriving passengers at Huizhou Airport can enjoy the complimentary ride by following a simple process. After landing, proceed to the Transportation and Tourism Service Center located in Terminal 2, where you will need to present your boarding pass in either paper or electronic format to complete the free ride registration. Boarding takes place at the Terminal 2 VIP lounge parking area.

Online booking for the free shuttle is available through a straightforward method. Travelers can make reservations by calling the customer service hotline, where staff will guide you through the booking and boarding procedure.

Important reminders for passengers

Please note that this shuttle service is exclusively for airline passengers. If you have paid for a ticket, you are eligible for a refund by presenting your own boarding pass. For online refunds, contact customer service at 18927303020, available via WeChat with the same number, operating from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. You will need to provide a photo of your paper boarding pass or a digital boarding pass screenshot, though screenshots of the electronic version will not be accepted. Alternatively, offline refunds can be processed at the Transportation and Tourism Service Center counter near the domestic arrivals exit at Terminal 2, where complimentary boarding pass printing assistance is also available.

Ticket purchase is mandatory before boarding, and infants must also have a purchased child ticket with a designated seat to occupy. If your chosen departure time shows no remaining seats, please do not go to the departure location, as you may miss the trip unnecessarily. When purchasing tickets, be sure to provide a valid mobile phone number and keep your phone accessible, as the service cannot be held responsible for missed departures resulting from an inability to contact passengers.
